Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Tango app and this website. By downloading or using Tango, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Tango.
1. Who we are
Tango is provided by Yuval Saar, Israel ("we", "us"). Contact: support@tangocamera.com.
2. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tango on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app, except where the law gives you that right.
3. Free saves and the full unlock
Tango is free to download and use. You can save a limited number of captures for free (currently five), with every feature included. After that, a one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited saves. The purchase:
- is processed by Apple, and Apple's terms apply to payment, billing and refunds (request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com);
- is a one-time payment, not a subscription;
- can be restored on your other devices signed in with the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchase".
We may change what's included in the free tier for future users. That will not take away anything you've already paid for.
4. Your content
Photos and videos you create with Tango belong to you. We never receive them, so we claim no rights over them. Because nothing is stored on our side, we can't recover captures you delete. Keep backups (for example, iCloud Photos).
5. Use Tango responsibly
You are responsible for what you capture and share. Don't use Tango to record people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or in violation of any law, including laws on consent to recording, harassment, or intellectual property.
6. Device support
Recording both cameras at once needs compatible hardware (iPhone XS / XR or newer). Features and quality can vary by device, iOS version, heat and battery level.
7. No warranty
Tango is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Tango will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any capture will be saved successfully.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost data or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Tango in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Tango or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If Tango fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims relating to Tango (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and intellectual property infringement claims). You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. You can stop using Tango at any time by deleting it. We may end your license if you seriously breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU or elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
